Oh my gosh, Beth - now I have to make that mushroom dip, too! LOVE the picture of the open bag - so evocative (well, if you're a flour lover...) Thanks so much for your kind words - I'm forwarding this link to Sue Gray, our test kitchen director and "author" of that cracker recipe. And - on behalf of the 167 employee-owners at King Arthur Flour - THANK YOU for having 4 bags of flour in your pantry. Intervention not necessary! : ) PJ Hamel, KA baker/blogger

Beth! These will be a perfect offering for me to take to a Super Bowl party that Silent Bob and I will be attending ... I love it when you are inspired! We readers reap the benefit!

Just a thought... think I might substitute Marsala for the white wine and add a drop of two of truffle oil when cooking the mushrooms.

I can't wait to knosh these crispy treats...

Oh, this looks delicious!
I was lucky and cancelled before finishing off the sweet tarts and starting in on
the savory tarts!
I was bummed and thought of you all as I curled up under my blanket
and ate chocolate mint and kiwi-limi mini tarts to make myself feel better!

By the way, I love the King Arthur site.

So sad - your gazebo looks just like ours - naked! Come on summer! :D

Sorry about the meet up being post-poned, better safe than sorry!
