I’m about 9,000 feet up in the Colorado Rockies right now in the tiny, but amazingly beautiful town of Dillion, CO. Thank you so much to Dad’s neighbor, Ruth, for letting us borrow her amazing house. More Colorado pictures and recipes to follow next week, but for now, I’m just ready to find the adventure that awaits outside this door!

Melinda–It is amazing! We’re up above Dillion, at about 9,300 feet! This county is one of the highest is Colorado, so even the tall mountains don’t look too high from where we are!
So jealous, you’re on my home turf- have an amazing time!!!
Amy-if I had known you were from up here, I would have pumped you for info! As it is, we’re having a fantastic time and this winter lover got a great surprise–snow this morning!
I love Colorado. It is such a beautiful state with such beautiful ranges and hiking trails.
