catie–those are my Dad’s lava lamps in the tiki room at the beach house. It’s quite the display. You should see it now that the christmas candle lights are up too.

Biz, I may have started on the holiday music early this year. Like week before Thanksgiving early. But it’s not my fault–I HAD to see the Radio City Christmas show that weekend and one of the local radio stations went Christmas only REALLY early this year!!

You should try brining pork chops too – they turn out just as juicy and delicious! Glad you were able to relax and not get too stressed out – usually I am meal planning Thanksgiving weeks in advance, so glad with work being so busy that I made it a low key event food wise, but still everything came out delicious!

Have you started listening to Christmas music yet??
