Summer Reading

by Beth on June 8, 2012

No regularly scheduled blog post today because it’s been one of those weeks, but I did want to post something fun that I came across on the internet.

You see I’m a serious bookworm…always have been, likely always will be. I’m always looking for the next great book, and I’ve been reviewing books on Amazon for nearly 5 years (<---crazytown, when did I get that old?)! I think one of the reasons I love running so much is because it's become my audiobook time, and I really can't go to sleep without a bit of reading first! I read a little bit of everything, but I love historical and literary fiction and if something gets a lot of buzz, I'll probably read that too (case in point, I'm reading that book with a number and a color in the title right now).

So I really enjoyed this infographic from Teach.com on what to read this summer--seeing what I had read from the list and getting some new ideas. I hope you enjoy it too!

I used to be such an avid reader B. Of course, this was when our t.v. station only had 5 channels to choose from, no internet or computers.

I’ve since because a computer reader and can say that I can’t remember the last book I read cover to cover. That should go on my summer bucket list – read one book!

Happy Weekend B!

I love this! I use goodreads to help me find more books to read but I like the infographic even more.

Fun! I usually don’t have trouble finding a book. :)
